Mr Hasan is a PhD candidate (Finance) at Murdoch Business School. Besides, he works as a Lecturer on a casual contract basis at Murdoch Business School, Murdoch University, Australia, with a primary academic emphasis on both research and teaching. His research interests span across various domains, including Fintech, Financial Literacy, Inclusive Finance, Sustainable Development, and Green Finance. In the realm of teaching, his portfolio encompasses a range of subjects such as Business Analytics, Business Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting, Advanced Financial Accounting, Business Valuation, and Auditing. 

During his higher studies in China, Dr Hasan, the only student who achieved all sorts of awards during his master's degree at Nanjing Audit University. He received the Outstanding Student Award from the China government, the Best Postgraduate Award from the university, the Best thesis Award from the School of Finance, and finally honoured as the Speaker of the Graduation Ceremony.

Listed in the Top 2% Scientists Worldwide (2024) with very limited number but impactful research papers
